In 2016 SKOLA teamed up with TTI School of English, just 4 minutes’ walk from the SKOLA Camden children’s school, to provide quality English courses for parents and other adult students outside the summer months. TTI, established in 1998, is a small, friendly British Council accredited English school which offers a range of English courses including a special 30 years plus course for more mature adults.

We are passionate about teaching English, we enjoy what we do and we are proud of our school and the children we teach. Lessons are in the school and London is also our classroom. All courses combine lessons in international classes with a weekly half day Discover London Visit. This trip is educational and is part of the teaching programme. Trips include museums, historic houses, the London Eye other attractions. Lessons are generally skills /grammar/vocabulary based in the mornings, with communication skills in the afternoons after lunch.

ABOUT OUR SUMMER COURSES FOR ADULTSIn a central location, but in the largest of central London’s famous Royal parks, The Regent’s Park Adults centre is a first class environment for learning. Students learn in international classes in well appointed, comfortable, air-conditioned classrooms with audio-visual equipment. Many of our adult students are parents of children also studying at SKOLA.

Summer Courses Regent’s Park Adults 16+For SKOLA parents and individual adult students our SKOLA REGENT’S PARK ADULTS summer school is in a purpose-built training and conference centre with first class facilities, including fully equipped classrooms, stylish gardens and self-service restaurant. The building houses a medical professional association and is on the Outer Circle of Regent’s Park, close to the open air theatre and the lake.

There is a choice of timetables for General English, Business English and IELTS as well as one-to-one classes. Lessons begin at 10am allowing parents time to take their children to school. For more details see the price list

ABOUT OUR SUMMER SCHOOLSKOLA has developed a very special summer programme for children and teenagers, taking advantage of the many attractions and world class museums and other icons of British culture to integrate classrooms lessons with cultural visits and other activities in a complete learning experience.

INTEGRATED PROGRAMMEEach week has a theme for the lessons, the Discover London visits and the activities. For example: THE NATURAL WORLD, with visits to the London Aquarium or the Natural History Museum Lessons build language work around the theme including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing and speaking. Together students produce work related to all the learning and the visits, such as a poster, a talk, a play or even a video. They present their work to the school at the Friday Party.

Our summer school for children and teenagers combines learning and practising English through an integrated programme of classroom lessons, out of class activities, Discover London trips and excursions. The activities, trips and excursions are part of the learning experience with projects and tasks connecting them to the lessons while children make international friendships and have opportunities use their English in natural social interaction.

LOCATION - Gloucester Gate, Regent’s ParkThe main summer school premises has 7 classrooms and overlooks Regent’s Park. It is a short walk from Camden Town tube station. There is a separate classroom block 5 minutes’ walk away with up to 4 classrooms. Parents following English courses at the Regent’s Park Adults school can leave their children at Gloucester Gate in the morning and use our free Parent Bus service to go to their lessons (5 minutes), or enjoy a morning walk across Regent’s Park (20 minutes).

SCHOOL BUS SERVICEFor safety and convenience, we operate an optional* School Bus service for children only. The service is door-to-door taking children to school from their accommodation to school and taking them home again at the end of the school day. The service is subject to availability at the accommodation address and advanced booking.

ACCOMMODATIONFor children aged 12 years or more travelling alone we arrange homestay accommodation. We also have limited availability of homestay accommodation for parents with children. Families who wish to look for apartment or hotel accommodation should contact us.
