We are living among huge number of objects, but we never think about them deeply

and try to analyze them as well. These objects are everywhere around us, in our

kitchen, bedroom, washroom, class, car and many other places. Everyone of us has

some objects that might be used everyday and we usually use them more than other

things around us. One of the most useful objects in my daily life is the cup that I drink

coffee or tea in it everyday. One day I realized that how a simple object, like a cup

can enact an important role in our daily life. But how my object looks like?

The best thing about this cup is its size, because for me it’s not too small or too big,

it’s exactly the size I like for a coffee or tea drink. This cup is in cylinder shape with

smaller circle at the bottom and larger circle at top. The upper circle’s diameter is

eight centimeters and the bottom one is around six centimeters. Of course there is a

handle on the upper side and it covers around seventy five percent of the cup’s

height. The handle is in a round shape, about three centimeters diameter, with a very

convenient size for either big or small fingers for holding the cup. There are eight

circles with five millimeters diameter in a circular formation. The cup’s height is about

eight centimeters which is very suitable for a cup.

This cup’s weight is very suitable, because it’s not too light or too heavy. Some

porcelain cups are too heavy and they become even heavier, when you pour

something in them, so usually need to use both hands while drinking in them. There

are also some porcelain cups that are too light, so they are very fragile and can

break easily. This very good cup is a porcelain, so it’s a bit fragile but, if you don’t hit

it so hard, it won’t break easily. Porcelains are originally white and this cup is the

same color as well which is simple but very classy. There is a very beautiful simple

design on this cup which is full of very small black flowers. These flowers are like

around six or seven contorted lines crossed in one point.

Furthermore, the cup tastes nothing like many other objects that are not eatable

and if you bite it, you may lose your teeth. It also smells nothing, unless after drinking

or before washing it, but you can pour any drink and enjoy drinking in this cup, either

the taste or the smell, because sometimes drinking in a cup that you like makes your

feel better and you relish more.

I mentioned many things to describe this cup, but at the end I realized that there

are so many things that should be covered while describing something. After

describing this object I understood that how hard it could be, even for a simple thing

like a cup, and you can’t completely describe it as exact as the picture or drawing.

Just imagine how many objects are surrounding us and how grinding could

describing them be?
