SAGAR CONSTRUCTIONS started as a partnership firm in 1993 is now converted into body corporate under
part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 under the name and style of SAGAR CONTRACTING PVT. LTD.
Sagar was incorporated to provide back up support to Oil, Gas and Power sector industrial belt at Hazira,
Gujarat. It started with Rama Newsprint and Papers Ltd. and later on allied with upcoming mega scale
projects of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., Gas Authority of India Ltd., Reliance Ltd., Larsen & Toubro
Ltd and Essar Steel Ltd.
Sagar means no boundaries! It provides in India and international market all kinds of engineering activities
& technical services in any integrated petrochemical complex!
Team Sagar has got further more versatile to cope up new world economy and is also engaged in highly
committed jobs like handling of all finished products, off-shore & on-shore jobs, new plant fabrication,
erection & commissioning as well as On-site heavy vessels and ship building.
Sagar has worked With GAIL at Vijaypur, Gandhar & Pata; Reliance at Jamnagar, ONGC at Hazira,
Ankleshwar, Ahmedabad, Mehsana & Bombay High, IOC at Barauni & Baroda, L&T at Hazira, Powai &
China. to name a few clientele.
Today Sagar is present in three countries, India, U.A.E & U.S.A with 1000 plus committed engineers and
Technicians on-shore & off-shore, gases or liquids, pipes or vessels, power or petrochemicals, manpower
or turnkey, you name it – we do it ! Company follows ISO 9001:2000 management systems under TUV
certification. At presence group business turnover is 250 millions INR.

Started his career in the Forest Department and reached till the level of class-I officer in Govt. of Gujarat.
Entrepreneurial nature and Interpersonal skills have driven him to leave secured senior position with Government and
start his own Engineering Company – Sagar Constructions in 1993.
Today he is assisted by a battery of Technocrats and two sons themselves engineers viz. Mr. Prashant & Mr. Vishal. He
is still untiring, energetic and travels more than 0.1 million miles a year!
His vision is to prominently place Company in the field of ever-growing Energy Engineering in World Map.
