Prerequisites

Prerequisite Courses with codes This course requires the student to know about the basic of civil engineering, materials of construction, CV 201 & CV 305

Course Objectives

1. Students will be able to analyze the feasibility of a project and calculate interest, taxes and capital recovery for different civil engineering projects.

2. Students will be able to perform critical sensitivity analyses which are extremely important for decision making and for solving problems with many variables in transportation and assignment models so that the problems are readily solvable.

3. Students will be able to know the selection of different equipments, their performances and efficiencies in different kinds of work activities, scheduling and controlling along with resource allocation, time cost trade off etc.

4. Students will come to know to plan different activities and events such that no task or even takes more than it’s prescribed time.

5. Students will be able to know the process and purpose of planning, organization along with leadership qualities and co-ordination of projects.
