• Products confirms to REC & inline with RECspecifications

• Single bolted clamp made of an Aluminium alloy body and galvanized steel bolt set.

• A protective plastic sheet prevents damages to the insulation of the phase conductor due to oscillation.

• The two bolted clamp is made of an Aluminium alloy body and galvanized steel U-bar, U-boltand nuts.

• Maximum hook diameter – 20 mm A slot on the bottom part allows to fix the phases to the suspension body with ties.

Anchoring Clamps

• These Anchoring clams are designed to anchor LV-ABC lines with Insulated neutral messenger.

• The clamp consists of an aluminium alloy casted body and self adjusting plastic wedges which clamp the messenger without damaging the insulation.

• The flexible bail with saddle allows up to 3 clamps on bracket.

• Products confirms to NFC 33041 & inline with NFC 33041.

• Tool free installation.

• No losable parts.

• Clamp body made of corrosion resistant aluminium alloy, bail of stainless steel and wedges.

• Universal fixing of bracket by 2 bolts M14 or stainless steel strap of 20x0.7mm.

• These clamps are designed to anchor LV insulated overhead lines from 2 to 4 cables of the self supporting system.

• These clamps are composed of metallic arms hot dip galvanized with bolts M10 (wrench 17mm).

• Anti UV black resistant plastic wedges slide inside the arms to grip the conductors.

• The opening of the wedges is easy thanks to a spring.

• The clamp is fixed to the poles hooks with a M12 screw bolt equipped with a M12 self blocking nut.

• Service dead end clamps are designed to anchor 2 core and 4 core service cables.

• These clamps are in line with the tests described in ESI 43-14, or VDE 0211.

• These suspension are composed of a galvanized steel support and a anti UV black resistant thermoplastic insert to grip 2 or 4 conductors.

Service Main Clamp

• This clamp is designed to anchor LV XLPE insulated service lines with 2 or 4 conductors

• The clamp is composed of an anti UV black resistant body plastic wedges slide inside the body to grip the conductors.

• A flexible stainless or galvanized steel bail permits the fixation to the bracket or to the pigtail.

• The clamp is easy to install thanks to the adjustable length.

• Eye Hooks: Fixed length by welded, flat or bended washers, made of hot dip galvanized steel. Flat type eye hooks made of galvanized steel with 2 holes to connect pole clamps.

• Anchor Bracket: CA 1500 Brackets made of aluminium alloy designed for main cables. To be attached by a steel strap or 2 bolts.

• Anchor Bracket: CAB 25 bracket made of stainless steel designed for service cables. To be attached by steel strap, a bolt or 4 screws.

• Hook Bracket: Made of galvanized steel designed for main cables. To be attached to poles by 2 steel straps.

Construction / Description:

• Tin plated copper blades or aluminium alloy imbedded in molded plastic and surrounded with a sealing compound insure electrical contact in LV overhead distribution networks. A single torque control nut draws the two halves of the connector together and shears off when the teeth have pierced the insulation and made contact with the conductor strands.

• The mechanical strength of the connection is in accordance with the tensile requirements of NF C 33020.

• While the electrical performance meets or exceeds the test outlined NF C 33 004. The dielectric and waterproof tests are to the rigid standards of NF C 33 020 and corrosion test per NF C 33 003 (French standards).

• The molded end caps have been tested for dielectric strength and resist 6kV for one minute.

Application:

• These connectors have been designed to meet the rigid requirements of Global Power Distribution Companies.

• Ease of installation has been combined with excellent mechanical, electrical and environmental characteristics to provide a connector capable of terminating Aluminium or Copper stranded conductors.

Pre-insulated Jointing sleeves - MJPT

Application:

These pre-insulated sleeves MJPT type are used to link together LV insulated overhead lines.The sleeve is composed of :

An Aluminium (phase) or Aluminium alloy (neutral) sleeve with a stop in the middle.A black thermoplastic sealed with a flexible elastomer ring.A neutral contact grease in the tube which improve the contact area and protect the Aluminium

against oxidation.The crimping is realized on the plastic part according to the marks on the body of the sleeve.


Sleeves withstand the tests described in the French standard NFC 3021 and in ESI 43-14.They are water resistant and pass the dielectric test of 6 kV in water.They withstand : 60% of the mechanical phase breaking load.

Pre-insulated Termination lugs - CPTAU

Application:

These pre-insulated plugs are used to connect a LV insulated overhead lines to the transformer.The sleeve is composed of :

Aluminium barrel friction welded to an Aluminium or copper palm. The insulation of the barrel is made with a black thermoplastic sealed with a flexible elastomer ring.A seal is also installed in, between the copper and the Aluminium, in order to avoid galvanic corrosion.The crimping is made directly on the plastic part.


CPTAU range are in accordance with the test described in the French standard NFC 33 021They are water resistant and pass the water tightness test.The mechanical strength is 50% of the cable breaking load.

The proven AMPACT tap “C-spring” and wedge design provides a stored energy system that prevents connector degradation and achieves significantly lower resistance than any competitive product over the “in service” life of the connector. As thermal cycling causes the conductors to expand and contract, the AMPACT tap spring member flexes and maintains constant contact pressure

Advantages:

Installing taps takes a fraction of the time needed for conventional crimp-type connectors

A locking tab prevents wedge from loosening once it has been driven into position.

Every connection may be visually inspected by checking wedge movement and locking tab.

Taps may be used to connect multiple conductor combinations.

No damage to the conductors when installing or removing tap.

Lightweight, power-actuated tools require minimum operator effort.

“C” and wedge are factory coated with an inhibitor containing abrasive particles to help clean the contact surfaces during installation.

Individual tap packages are imprinted with applicable conductor combinations.

Packages and labels are color coded to easily match taps with proper tool and cartridge combination.
