Flexible work-based Bachelors and Masters degreeprogrammes provide a new opportunity to learn while
earning, making IEng or CEng status achievable or alleligible practising engineers.
The individually tailored programmes are designed aroundthe UK Standard or Proessional Engineering Competence(UK-SPEC) and integrate learning in the workplace with
supervised work-based proessional development.
Experience has shown that work-related projects underocused academic supervision have a very high completionand success rate, with major benefts to both employeesand employers.
