WASTE TO ENERGY - INCINERATION

Urban Solid Waste (USW) is burned at 850ªC in a combustion boiler where the released heat is captured and converted into electricity and steam. The heat from the combustion is used to fire the boiler, which in turn generates hot water or steam. The steam turns a turbine that produces electricity.

WASTE TO ENERGY - BIOMASS
