EAMCET 2012 Notification, Counselling Dates & Schedule

EAMCET 2012 Counselling will be held by AP Government. EAMCET is an important andmost famous, tough exam for entrance into Engineering and Medical Institutions all over theState, Andhra Pradesh. Well, its time for APEAMCET Engineering Counselling. Some collegeshave already submitted applications in order to increase the fee for Engineering courses. On reviewing it with the professionals the Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided the feestructures for Engineering admissions, 2012.

Same as before, the candidates need to select the college by EAMCET web counselling2012 procedure. Before EAMCET counselling candidates can attend the mock counselling foran estimation of colleges and courses they would like to join for can be decided.

Below are a few important Counselling dates of EAMCET 2012 :1. Counselling starts from : 27th August, 2012.2. Web Options starts from : 30 August, 2012 3. Seats Allotment: 12 September, 20123. Classes for Engineering students commences from : 17 September, 2012.

LAST ++ Means: Including not qualified/ not appeared in EAMCET Minority candidates whohavealready applied to Convenor based on Intermediate Marks. Candidates can change the frozenoptions once again if they so desire, on 09.09.2012 (From Rank 1 to 100000) and on10.09.2012 (From 100001 to LAST++) from any Internet café or Help Line Centre or fromtheir Residence, this is the final opportunity for changing the options and options recordedin the Server on the last day of the schedule alone will be considered for allotment of seats.Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre in onelocation, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and placed on website:http://apeamcet.nic.in and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification inthe HLC where their ranks are mentioned.Note:1. Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre the ranks aredistributed Help Line Centre wise, See the Annexure-I for Distribution of Ranks Help LineCentre wise and attend for Certificate Verification accordingly.

2. ST candidates to attend for Certificate Verification in the Help Line Centres marked with **only, see Annexure-II.

3. PH (Physically Handicapped), CAP (Children of Armed Personnel), Anglo-Indian, Sports &Games, NCC (National Cadet Cops) should attend the Certificate Verification only at SanketikaVidya Bhavan as per the dates given in the Schedule, See the Annexure-III.

4. Candidates are informed that the Pharmacy council of India vide Ref.No: 14-2/2009-PCI-10834-12152, dt: 17/07/2009 has not approved 10+2 from N.O.S (National OpenSchool) for admission into Pharmacy courses for the purpose of Registration aspharmacist.

5. The candidates who secured 45% (For OC) and 40% (SC/ST/BC) in group subjects ofIntermediate or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission as prescribedby AICTE/Government.

6. Candidates are informed not to reveal their password, Login ID. No. (Refer InformationBooklet), and other basic information to anyone to avoid misuse of said data which arerelated to Option Entry.

7. Contact Toll free number (1800-425-8368) from 22.08.2012 on wards from 09.00 AM to07.00 PM for any clarification.

ALLOTMENT:

1) Allotments will be placed in Website http://apeamcet.nic.in on 12.09.2012 after 06.00 PM.

3) Download the allotment order and read the instructions printed and alsodownload challan form for payment of fee.

4) Pay the fees if any, in any Branch of Andhra ank/Indian Bank.

5) Report to the allotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment order.

6) Failure to report in the allotted college by the date stipulated will automatically result incancellationof seat and candidate has no claim on the seat allotted.
