Enfinity America Corporation Leadership Team: Rafael Dobrzynski Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer for Enfinity America Corporation, Rafael Dobrzynski is responsible for the entire span of Enfinity’s operations in the Americas. Rafael is a seasoned C-level executive with wide-ranging, global experience in the Utilities industry and Transmission & Distribution, Communications & Control and Renewable Energy (Photovoltaics) sectors. Rafael was formerly the Head of Trade for Enfinity NV; prior to holding that position he was the Business Development Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Marketing & Sales Manager for Mitsubishi Electric Energy Systems Power Group for almost a decade. Rafael’s career has always been focused on the art of taking complex ideas and projects and delivering them as a commercially viable reality. Rafael graduated from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and Cambridge University (Exchange program), first with a BA in business administration and later with an MBA. David M. Shipley Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer As the Chief Financial Officer for Enfinity America Corporation, David is responsible for structuring and arranging construction and term financing for Enfinity’s Solar PV projects in the Americas. Prior to joining Enfinity in 2008, David spent 17 years in Commercial and Investment Banking, most recently with ABN AMRO Bank in Chicago. He held a variety of positions while at ABN AMRO Bank, most notably as Managing Director - Global Head of Leasing and Asset Finance. In this role, David developed a number of structured tax investment platforms, including equity investment programs for Domestic and Cross-Border Leases, Affordable Housing Partnership Investments (Section 42) and Wind Energy Partnership Investments (Section 45). David was also Head of Corporate Capital for ABN AMRO – LaSalle Bank, where he developed structured solutions and managed the execution of all structured finance transactions. David holds an MBA with a Finance and Taxation Emphasis from DePaul University and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. Wim Goethals Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer Wim is the Chief Operating Officer for Enfinity in the Americas. He is responsible for the asset management and risk management aspects of the company’s projects. Wim is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. He brings more than 15 years’ experience to bear on the complex operational and fiscal facets of renewable energy. Wim was previously with Fortis Bank in various risk management and capital market positions and locations (Brussels, London, Hong Kong and New York), including Head of Risk Management, leading a team of 35 people analyzing market risk, credit risk and operational risk exposures of Fortis’ North American activities. Wim graduated from KIHO in Ghent (Belgium) with a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering. He then earned an MBA in Finance from UCL in Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium). More recently, Wim was part of the Executive MBA program at Stanford University. Bob Hopper Executive VP & Chief Development Officer Bob has 20 years experience in the energy industry and was most recently the founder and President of ClearPeak Advisors, Inc. Bob is responsible for managing Enfinity’s distributed generation strategy as well as the project developers on the Enfinity team. Bob has extensive experience in project development and energy business planning; he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at Renewable Ventures, a Fotowatio Company. Prior to joining Renewable Ventures he provided the leadership to Siemens’ Western Region he was responsible for all strategic energy operations in the region. Bob also founded energy consulting company IEC, Inc., which negotiated more than $100 million in energy supply contracts. Bob received his BA from St Bonaventure University.

Clifford B. Gould Senior Vice President & General Counsel In his role as chief legal officer for Enfinity America Corporation, Clifford is responsible for overseeing all of the Company’s legal matters, including managing the legal department, rendering legal advice to the company’s management team and board of directors, and assisting with transactional matters. Clifford previously served for over a decade as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for EnerTech Environmental, Inc, a renewable energy company focused on the development of projects in the United States. During his tenure, Clifford assisted and advised the Company in the structuring, negotiation and successful completion and financing of commercial projects, raising venture capital and private equity financing, and licensing transactions. Prior to that, Clifford worked for a decade in private practice, focusing on m&a and corporate matters. Clifford earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University, and earned his law degree from Emory University, where he was a member of Board of Editors of the Emory Law Journal.
