The ENERGY REGULATORYCOMMISSION (ERC), through itsBids and Awards Committee (BAC), cordially invites iValue TechnologiesCorporation to submit its quotation for the conduct of Direct Contractingfor the ERC's Procurement of Maintenance of Avaya IP Office 300(Analog) as per Purchase Request Number 2019-03-059. For thisproject, the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is in the amount of ONEHUNDRED FORTYFIVE THOUSANDPESOS (PhP145,000.00), VATinclusive, subject to contract price adjustments under pertinent procurementlaws', This project's ABC is part and parcel of the aggregate ABC of ThreeHundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP350,000.00) allotted for "IP TelephonySupport and Maintenance" as programmed under the ERC's AnnualProcurement Plan.

The said procurement seeks the following minimum requirements:

One (1) Lot Maintenance of Avaya IP Office 300 (Analog) with thefollowing specifications:

12 Months Service and Support Maintenance for Avaya IP Office 300Gateway & Uniden Analog Phones

Includes:- Unlimited onsite maintenance support or telephone assistance support

for immediate/interim resolution of technical/maintenance issuesProvisions of emergency technical services beyond the regular businessdays and hoursProvisions of Free Service Units for diagnostics of failed componentsand/ or other equipment partsAnnual General Preventive Maintenance services for the existingequipment scheduled on a customer preferred date and time8 Digit PLDT ISDN Configuration

Award of contract shall be made to the bidder with the lowestquotation for the subject goodisl/services which comply with the minimumtechnical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.

In the event that the procurement of the goods/services is awarded to you,the payment shall be directly credited to your account per DBM Circular No.2013-16 dated December 23, 2013. The ERC will provide you with theguidelines under the Expanded Modified Direct Payment Scheme (ExMDPS)once you receive the Purchase Order (P.O.).
