The Intelligent Solution Center is a state of the art Decision Center that collects real-time data related to wells and surface facilities through several information systems. KOC officials have maintained that the ISC in North Kuwait offers a paradigm shift in the decision-making process at Company oilfields. It has already facilitated production enhancements and contributed to a significant reduction in response time in North Kuwait. It has enabled collaborative efforts that curtailed production loss of around 3,000-5,000 BOPD in a short time. Efforts continue to be made to incorporate wider coverage of oilfields at ISC in North Kuwait by digitizing more oilfields through new technologies. It is expected that the proven, successful utilization of ISC will serve as a leading example for other Directorates.
