GENERAL PRICE LIST

These prices are effective as of September 1, 2020 but aresubject to change without notice. This schedule is presented to youbefore beginning discussion of funeral arrangements, selection of goodsand services, at needor advanced planning, withAbel Funeral Services inorder to comply with Federal and State funeral laws. RIGHT OF SELECTION - The goods andservices shown be-low are those we canprovide for our customers. Youmay choose only the items you desire.However, any funeral arrangementsyouselectwill includeachargeforourbasic services and overhead. If legalorother requirementsmeanyou mustbuy any itemsyoudidnot specificallyask for, we will explain the reasonin writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods andservicesyouselected.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made in full 48 hours prior to the funeral or cremationservice taking place. Payment can be made from verified and assignableinsurance or any other third party payor for a fee of 15% of total charges(minimum$150.00charge).

NOTICETHIS FUNERAL HOME SETS THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ON

ITS SALES AND SERVICES.

The prices on this General Price List are effective for the dates shown and are subjecttochangeafterthatdate.Thepricesshownonthislistarethepricesof our mortuary and do not include any costs associated with anothermortuary. Caskets or containers provided by the purchaser must meetrequirements of cemetery or crematory. We reserve the right to refuse tohandle any casket or container, which does not meet our requirements.Prepackagedoffersarede-signedtoofferthelowestcostfuneralsavailableatthismortuary.No substitu-tionsmaybemade at theseprices.AbelFuneralServicesreservestherighttochooseinwhatmannerwehandleremainsthatdiefromcontagiousdiseases.This is because some diseases could possiblyinfect our personnel even after death has occurred.We will not refuse tohandle any deceased remains, but if the cause of death is contagious wereserve the right to use safeguards to pro-tect our personnel, aswell as thegeneralpublic.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF ..............$1885

This fee for our basic services and overhead will beaddedtothetotalcostofthe funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in ourcharges for Direct Cremation, Immediate Burial, and Forwarding orReceivingofRemains.It includes,but isnot limitedto,personnelavailable24hoursaday,365daysayeartorespondtotheinitialcallfromtheplaceofdeath. Arrangement conference with family and responsible parties,coordinating service plans with clergy, cemetery, crematory, and or otherpartiesinvolvedinthefinaldispositionofthedeceased.Alsoincludedinthisfeeareoverheadexpensesrelativetoourfacilitiessuchas,butnotlimitedto,professional licensing, legalandaccounting fees, insurance,maintenanceofourbuilding,parkinglot,equipment,etc.
