It all started way back in 1960, when Shri. V.R.Nachimuthu started his construction

career by taking up public utility projects like water and drainage systems. He became

part of nation building when he became a part of the Aliyar dam project at Pollachi. He

built several textile units, housing board and slum board projects and in 1983 he stated

private housing projects.

With a foundation build firmly on values of accountability, responsibility, work ethics,

professionalism and quality management, the third generation entered the arena in

1999. With new aspirations, fresh minds and youthful spirits the company underwent

a revamp and executed many major projects. It developed new business models to

provide end-to-end solutions in the field of infrastructure development and housing,

starting from land procurements, to approvals from different statutory bodies to finally

handing over the completed projects with completion certificate. We coined a new

name for our work and - called it ARIMA, a true leaders with complete sense of

responsibility and commitment. We are very clear that leadership is not a status but

a responsibility.
