We are looking for a stellar Senior UX/UI Designer who can lead the design of our platform, shape the user experience, and infl u-ence our product strategy.

Tasks

Qualifications

5+ years of design experience —Demonstrated passion for solving user problems in a data-based manner —Creative thinker and problem solver, enthusiastic about developing innovative solutions —

Takes ownership of work and design —Agile mindset, with a focus on knowledge transfer, feedback, and continuous improvement —Experience with coaching and developing designers —Excellent communication across all departments—Industry and marketplace experience a plus
