Description of theorganisation

E.N.A.P. nazionale is a no profit private law organizationfounded in 1960 and is based in Rome.

During the 60s, thanks to core govenamental initiatives,E.N.A.P. realized important programmes to sustain theeducation system and the vocational training offer toyoungsters in search of first employ.Nowadays E.N.A.P. in according to the tradition, promotesvacational training courses and orientation and coachingservice for unemployed and other vulnerable categories.

Main educationalactivities

Core activities:- Vocational training courses for unemployed with a specific

focus on vulnerable categories (disadvantaged people,migrants, women, persons with disabilities, youngsters, over 50 unemployed)

- Job counseling, orientation and information service- Promotion of creation of enterprise- Research, analisys and assessment on labour market needs

Project proposal

Main covered fields

Target group Representatives of partner institutions. Representatives of nationalstakeholders involved in adult education, as guest organizations.

Objectives The aims are:- Share, exchange and transfer best practices, new

methodological approaches and experiences among partner organizations dealing with adult education with a focus onlabour market, related service and vocational trainingprogramme

- Ameliorate and reinforce the capacities and competences of organizations partners internal staff through the use of English as professional language and e-tools (ITCs services)as daily working instruments

- Create cross-border networks among relevant actors workingin the sector in each country through the involvementmeetings and workshops

The participative approach of the action aims at sharing experiencesamong partners in:

- Job counseling, orientation and information service (how toboast key competences, to ameliorate job hunting practices)

- Analisys national labour market and laws of each representedcountry with a focus on European regulations and updates onnew EU programmes and opportunities

- Focus on peer education as strategic innovative educationalmethod

Activities The participants are the representatives of partner institutions andother associated organizations and they will be involved in:

- Periodic one week meetings in each partner country(presumably 5 meetings in 5 countries) targeting a maximumof 15 participants

- Design of a e-tool kit with the purpose of supportingvulnerable people excluded from the labour market toincrease their employability and ameliorate their capacities in

job searching techniques- Participation in interactive workshops- Elaboration of a road map for cross-border adult education

programmes- Experience peer education methods and practices in amulticultural environment through the use of a foreignlanguage presumably English

- Participating to all the online activities which will be activatedthrough online forum, e-platform, webinar and tutorials
