President &V.PresidentMeeting at GUC 15-10-2014The meeting started at 12 PM The agenda was: Special Competitions Trainings Faculty Advisor and president meeting Audit Protocols

Special Competitions:They asked for our opinion on making the special competition earlier this year as it will be held on the last week of April and the first week of May.

Training:They said that the training this year will be completely different as they will add more activities and reduce the number of the trainees as they need only 10 members during the AUC training and 30 members at GOT as the 30 members will be divided into 3 groups for 3 days: 10 members\day.A new training will be offered this year for the IT and Presenters to teach them some presentation tools like aftereffect and keynote. Faculty Advisor and presidents meeting :They talked to us about the faculty advisor and that s/he might become an administrator, before that Mrs. Fatma was so aggressive about this point and needed a doctor but now is more flexible. (I dont understand it.. what do you mean?)Also we have a meeting with enactus Egypt office next month and they will email me the date and time soon and I'll forward the mail to you.

Audit:This year enactus Egypt saw that there are a lot of teams that are not qualified to be in the program so they added a new system which is the auditing system, as we have 2 audits during the year the 1st one will be on December and they want to see during this audit the business plans and projects that we are implementing and after that they will say if we are able to continue or not. The second one will be held in May and in this audit they will see if the implementation was right or not, and this audit will decide if we can join the national competition or not. Protocols:They talked to us about the protocols and they needed from us the support letter that states that we belong to the academy and after that if we want to sign the protocol they will send us a copy and make our edit and then sign it, but what I need now is the support letter to make everything systemized .
