complex service tasks into the agent workflows—bringing some

of the most difficult transactions to a friendly and intuitive user

interface. Including exchanges empowered by Amadeus Ticket

Changer, Amadeus One handles exchanges regardless of which

GDS the ticket was issued on. The Amadeus One multi-GDS

scripting engine also enables you to customize specific aspects

of the sale and service workflows within the graphical interface.

> Flexible agent airflow. Gain the speed, flexibility and ease of

cryptic—in graphical user interface format. Following the

normal call flow for corporate bookings, agents can enter each

air segment at a time, going back to change, add, or remove
