Initial Setup

• Click on ENA ConnectOffice / Service Setup• Under username, enter the full DID+extension of the

user • For password, enter the user’s password to the ENA

Connect User’s Portal (NOT voicemail PIN)

Synchronizing Contacts

• Works with user’s personal Contacts data– Does NOT work at this time with Global Address List

– Can only sync 200 contacts at a time

• Synchronization works both ways:– Any personal contacts stored in the ENA Connect User Portal will be

added to Outlook Contacts

– All Outlook Contacts will be added to ENA Connect User Portal
