To cover all business needs, the Customer – a multinational pharmaceutical company - was forced to utilize several separated and outdated applications. Therefore, in order to manage most of business activities within a centralized system, client requested to reengineer old applications, create new modules for invoicing/selling and then join them together.

ScienceSoft’s team designed the architecture of the complex solution. Charm control software is designed to analyze the chemical composition of substances. It can be installed into a standalone computer or a laptop, and it operates the analyzing instrument in a remote mode. The software has various functions for carrying out chemical tests. It allows to set personal settings, receive test results, send reports via e-mail and print reports out. The user can perform different roles (administrator, laboratory assistant or report viewer) depending on the one assigned to the software.

The Customer was highly satisfied with the quality of the software delivered. Moreover, adding hi-tech product into its portfolio enabled the Customer to get to a higher level.
