Only retrospectively document “STAT” meds

via MAW.

Use MET Call/Code Blue

OrderSet/Orders page to place

ongoing orders

Change Calling Criteria from

Observation Chart (if applicable)

Use MET Call/Code Blue autotext to document a

MET Call/Code Blue note

If required, document relevant details from the MET Call/Code Blue via a MET Call/Code Blue note

from the Notes menu

Flag With Comment the relevant clinical

paramater that triggered the MET Call/Code Blue from the Interactive View

Document the Clinician Notification in the Interactive View

Place ongoing medication

Use “ICU MET Call Management Code Blue

Adult” order set/individual orders.

Once placed, retrospectively document the

administration of medications during the

MET Call/Code Blue
