Dr Alison Taysum, is a supervisor for the PhD, EdD, and programme leader for the MSc Educational Leadership at the University of Leicester, School of Education. She is the Honorary Treasurer and Director for the British Educational, Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS).

Tim Fawssett,CEO of the Feast. The Feast is a unique youthwork charity, striving to give young people the skills and confidence to live well in an increasingly diverse and divided world. Founded in Birmingham, with four locations around the UK, they have emerging projects overseas, building on youth encounter programmes and use facilitation of faith and identity discussions.

Shailen Popat, DPhil Student at the University of Oxford, Department of Education. A former local authority senior practitioner for children and young people services, his work with the RealiZe project that he founded, was recognised at the Northamptonshire Education Awards 2015.

Dr Carole Collins Ayanlaja, Associate Tutor and Collaborator, School of Education-Educational Leadership, University of Leicester, U.K. Coach, monitor, and evaluates masters level students.
