THE RIGHT JOB

We focus on establishing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. As a client, you will be assigned a dedicated consultant. We do this to get to understand your unique needs and the culture of your organization and to make sure we only present candidates whose skills, work styles and career goals are aligned with yours.

The Process starts by sourcing candidates and spotting talent. Swan Global maintains an extensive database of candidates and has established relationships with the top job hunters. We post positions on candidate-facing pages on our own website as well as to approximately 100 different job boards. We also use social media networks appropriate to the position. As a result, we can cast a wide net quickly and identify the best from a large pool of candidates.

We’re not just going to send you résumés. We take the time to pre-evaluate the candidates. Each candidate profi le will be reviewed and considered against the job specifi cation provided by the client. This will take in to account: The scope of the role, career experience, skill strengths, educational background, motivations behind the application, current compensation/benefi ts and individual timelines. We do the footwork here, so you save time.

The key to fi nding the right candidate is making sure the assessments are objective. After successfully completing the screening process, a candidate will be subjected to an assessment process in which specifi c skills tests and industry knowledge tests will be administered and evaluated. Then the candidate’s experience will be evaluated in relation to the position requirements and specifi cations to ensure the objectivity.

We consult with our clients to review top candidates and support the selection process. For each of the shortlisted candidates, we shall provide job fi tness report to the description and a personal background summary. We can manage interview logistics and be responsible for all administrative functions, managing schedules and arranging travel if necessary. The client company now completes the process and receives additional CV’s from us to add to the process if requested.
