EXPRESsION OF INTEREST

Invitation of Proposals for Skills Development and Placement of Youth under Deen Dayal Upadhayaya -Grameen Kaushalya Yojana

The Andaman & Nicobar Islands State Rural Livelihood Mission ANISRLM)/Directorate of RD. PRIls &ULBs. A&N Administration invites project

proposals under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana from the

registered Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the Ministry of Rural Development, Gol for placement

linked skill development training under DDU-GKY.

The DDU-GKY Programme is to be implemented in three Districts of U.T of

Andaman & Nicobar Islands .e South Andaman, North & Middle Andaman and

Nicobar District. Thc cligbility criteria and other details of the programme are as

The Andaman & Nicobar Islands State Rural Livelihood Mission (ANISRLM) intends to take up proposals from the

Project Implementing Agencies registered with Ministry of Rural Development, Gol with valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) for implementation of in UT of Andaman &

ii. Captive/Champion employers who are ready to provicle 100% placcment target under captive employment in group companics or its subsidiary. Preference will be given to those

agencies that shall provide minimum salary above the minimum wages of Andaman & Nicobar Islands as directed

by the Ministry of Rural Development, Gol. The minimum wages for Semi-skilled enployee in A&N Islands is Rs. 541/ and Rs. 626/ for skilled employee. Further preference will be

given to PIAS who will train the sectors/ trades as mentioncd in Annexure-1.

ii. PlAs working under DDU-GKY project in any other State and have successfully received 2nd instalment and fulfil the

eligbility Development, Gol Notification No. 17/2017.

ii. Proposals that are not accompanied by the application

fee shall be rejected. Three years from the date of sanction of the project. 3 Duration of

ii. The other charges towards food &s accommodation, on time

ii. The empanelled PIAs have to commence trainings to the tune of 20% of total allocated target within 60 days from signing of MoU.

iv. Preference will be given to those PLAs who are from Industry and who will provide captive employment to the trained candidates.

V. Interested PlAs of different categories may submit their

online proposal on or before 21.10.2020 up to 3.00 PM.

Vi.Application received after aforesaid time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposal in any respect shal be summarily rejected.

vii.Subsequent to the online submission, soft copy may be

emailed to ANISRLM, Directorate of RD, PRIs & ULBs on the same day or submission of the online proposal.

vii. Project Approval Committee (PAC) reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without providing any reasons, what so ever. The decision of PAC shall be final and binding upon the company/agency.

No. 20/2017 of MoRD Mechanism for approval

of the Project ii. Mere submission of proposal may not guarantee the award of project to the applicant agency.

ii. The decision to Project Approval Committee shall be final with respect to award of project.

iv. Project appraisal guidelines and notification issued time to

time by Govt. of India/ANISRLM/ AB»N Administration shall be applicable for the project sanction.
