F.O.R.M method is a way to formulate relationship buildingquestions to based around a prospect's or customer's family, occupation, what that individual does for recreation, and themessage that you want to give that person to help them solvea problem.

achieve their goals.

2. Build Trust

• Trust is built based on the questions that you ask them-The key is to be genuinely concerned about who they are.

• Let the customer or prospect tell you about themselvesso that you can find out the information…people love totalk about themselves…If you listen twice as much as youtalk, you will find how you can help them.

3. Create an eager want

• Get to know what they want and build a bridge betweenwhat they want and how you can help them get it!

5 things that can build rapport witha prospect, encourage relationshipbuilding, and improve communicationwith others are:

Mid-Year Goal Planning andSetting Intentions - Keep TheVision GoingSeptember 8th, 2013

At the beginning of the year, most ofus  set our goals and intentions for theyear and now we are already just aboutat the halfway point of 2013. (Can youbelieve that the year is halfway over?)We should take a look back at the past 5-6 months and takean inventory of our current situation and planning on how tomake things different and efforts intentional for the remaininghalf of 2013. This is the time that we reflect, evaluate andadjust our business plan to be successful the remainder of theyear. As a result, we set up clear intentions for our original

goals. We still have to continue setting clear intentions andreevaluate our marketing plan throughout the year.

This will make a little more sense later in this post....Let'sdefine intention:

Intention [in-ten-shuhn] noun

1. an act or instance of determining mentally upon someaction or result.

2. the end or object intended; purpose.

3. intentions.

a. purpose or attitude toward the effect of one’s actions orconduct: a bungler with good intentions.

b. purpose or attitude with respect to marriage: Our friendsare beginning to ask what our intentions are.

4. the act or fact of intending.

When you are setting thesecrystal clear intentions, don't make them empty promises toyourself. You may be asking how to do that?

Here's How...

1.Make a list of your intentions

2.Set a Goal for each intention with a deadline. Write it down!

3.Create a step-by-step plan for achieving the goal in writing!

4.Everyday set aside a time go over your written goals andvisualize yourself achieving your goal (Very important to getthat energy out there to attract it to you!) Implementation: thekey to getting back to work after setting goals.

Implementation

Earlier this year, I had make a post about implementation. This is pretty much a review about on how to implement yourgoals after re-evaluating your results at the halfway mark of theyear. Sometimes we get stuck on the intentions and never getstarted doing or never take a look at the results we are having.

That is where implementation comes into play...

Know your numbers then reevaluate to see what you have beendoing is working to see if you are hitting your marks:

You need to know how much of X it takes to get Y then see ifyou are hitting your goals that you made at the beginning ofthe year…if you have not been hitting your goals then you may

have to tweak your marketing strategy or throw out what is notworking and setup a new marketing strategy.

For example of a marketing strategy: If your leads convertat approximately 10%. For every 10 leads a sale will begenerated... So, if the goal is to have 2 sign ups per day, ATLEAST 20 free leads per day need to be generated.

By knowing your numbers, you can determine what your dailyrequirements are to reach your desired goals.

Know your methods:

#Choose 2 free and 1 paid marketing strategy

#Blogging is not an option. It is a requirement, especiallywhencreating your brand …This is my first free marketing strategy.

Make Blogging Fun. Every post doesn’t have to always be some‘value-filled’ post. Of course, provide value, but you can havefun posts too. Check this blog post out!

# Another preferred free marketing method is video.

Creating 5 videos per day generates approximately 2 leadsper day, If you learn how to rank videos you can still produce5 videos per day but you would get a better return for timeinvested. Tweak the plan and produce 2 videos per day. Oneof those videos will be keyword rich video, and that particularvideo will rank on YouTube.

#Solo Ads is the best way to build a list quickly. That will be mypreferred paid method of marketing for remainder of 2013.

You’ve got your goals from the beginning of the year. You’vegot your current numbers. You’ve got methods. Now Evaluate,Tweak or Re-Create Your plan for the remainder of the year.

After you’ve implemented your tweaked or new plan, startback TRACKING your progress for 30 days, look at what’sworking. Look at what’s not quite yielding the results you want.Tweak ONE THING AT A TIME. Then Repeat every 30 days!

List Building: The Secret toMaking Money in EmpowerNetworkSeptember 8th, 2013

Many marketers see the value in joining Empower Network, and they understand the power in blogging. However, thereare some marketers who don't yet understand the importance

of list building. Building a list ensures that you have anaudience to talk to whenever you have something of value toshare, whether that is training or products and services to sell.

First of all, what is a list? A list is nothing more than contactinformation including names, email addresses and sometimesphone numbers of people who are interested in what you haveto offer. So how do you get people to give you their contactinformation? By offering them something that is valuable toTHEM. Something that they feel is worth exchanging theiremail address for.

In order to be successful at list building you must knowwho your audience is, and you must understand what theirstruggles are, and offer them a solution to their problems. For instance, if your audience is work-at-home moms, thenyou need to know what they struggle with. Perhaps it'stime management, or finding legitimate work-at-home jobsor opportunities. Maybe it's finding solutions to preparingnutritious meals for their families. Whatever problem youdecide to hone in on, make sure you offer them the solution.

A stressed out mom who works from home with a couple ofkids running around who comes across your content offeringher free valuable solutions to her problems, will be more thanwilling to give you her email address in exchange for yourknowledge. If you present yourself and your content in a waythat she can identify with; a working mother, she will connectto you more than she would someone in a business suit withtheir arms crossed.

It is critical to know who you are speaking to in order to build alist. But more importantly, you want to build a responsive list. Therefore, you want to hang out in places where these momsfrequent, whether that is online or offline.

Your list comes into play with your Empower Networkbusiness very smoothly, because now as you blog aboutthe issues that work-at-home moms face, and offer valuableresources and solutions, now you can send your blog postsdirectly to the moms who are interested in what you are talkingabout. So your list is your ready-made customers.

Once you have a list, whether it is just a couple of people orhundreds, you now have an audience whom you can talk to andshare information, as well as sell your products and servicesto. It becomes an on-going relationship, not just a hit and run.So your list building only serves to enhance and grow yourEmpower Network business. Just think about who you want totalk to, and what you want to talk about. Keep in mind first andforemost, what your audience struggles with, and offer themthe solution. If you do this, then your list will stay with you for along time to come, and your bank account will thank you for it.
