The Role Of An Accountability Partner

Tips On Selecting Your Accountability Partner

1. Select someone you can trust and respect. 2. Try identifying a person of a different race, in a different city or the opposite gender. 3. Select a person on your own professional level. Choosing someone on a higher level creates a mentor-mentee relationship. 4. Check in with other regularly. 5. Set goals, write them down, report to each other. 6. Open up, be honest. 7. Don’t be afraid to switch accountability partners if it’s not working. 8. Celebrate your successes 9. Be prepared to receive feedback 10. Document your successes.
