The on!y way you are going to get to know someone is y communicating#

If you want to get to know someone" to ecome their friend" or come to

That worked for me pretty we!!" for a whi!e#

Then a!! of a sudden my mother decided to stay in one p!ace#

It was third grade" and !ike any other p!ace" I was sti!! a smartass#

But it didn&t happen2

I !earned a !ot from that#

Later" when I had !earned to ta!k to others and rea!i+e that they mattered" that is

when !ife got to e etter#

I know that my re!ationship that is so good now is ecause of how we are

This is more than just understanding what you read" or what they try and teach

you in schoo!#

You want to understand the person you are ta!king to#

You understand where your est friend is coming from" right%

It is the same thing" if you want a good re!ationship" or a good usiness#

If you understand your customer" you ond with them#

'hen you ond with someone" you have more inf!uence#

 persona! commitment . to do whatever it takes to make it happen2
