Carol Squire, Chief Strategy Officer, Empower School of Health, Ms. Squire comes with 30 years ofinternational public health program management experience working with private, non-profit and publicsector partners, bi-lateral, multi-lateral and non-governmental donors. Her expertise lies in facilitatingmanagement teams, strategic planning, consensus building, executive team organization, team building,vision and mission development, and developing management and leadership skills. She enjoys thechallenges of interim, turn-around leadership positions in multicultural situations.

Sangeeta Tikyani, Associate Director, Empower School of Health, Ms. Tikyani has more than 13 years ofprofessional experience in the field of public health. Ms. Tikyani’s areas of expertise are Health SystemStrengthening (M & E, HMIS, HRH, and Service Quality), Capacity Building, QualityAssurance/Improvement, Hospital Management, Public Health Education and Program Management. Ms.Tikyani is a certified National NABH Assessor by QCI and has been awarded by the Department of H&FW,Government of Gujarat for her valuable contribution at various levels in delivering the quality of healthservices through better hospital management to the community.

Sachin Jagtap, Senior Consultant, Empower School of Health, Mr. Jagtap has more than 15 years ofexperience with core expertise in the area of supply chain. His specific areas of expertise arequantifications/forecasting, SCM design and strategy, SCM risk assessment and management, procurement,Information technology in logistics, infrastructure, warehousing and inventory management. He has workedas Director, Supply Chain and Access, Clinton Health Access Initiative, Regional Logistics Coordinator SouthAsia, Oxfam and Principal Consultant – Supply Chain with Technopak Advisors Pvt. Ltd. where he lead thesupply chain sub-practice and played key role in business development and delivery and consulted clientsacross India and the Middle East.
