Welcome to the 2nd Annual Women’s Leadership Conference of Northeast Ohio. We are looking forward to a successful day with a powerful line up of 12 leading women from across the country. Our hope is that you take full advantage of this day. Network, Learn and Lead by passing on the knowledge you learn today and creating connections that will help you in the future. As I reflect on what I want to share with you, I would like to say my inspiration for this conference was a desire to showcase that we can all learn from each other. My hope is that every year, this event gets bigger and better. We women are superheroes and can accomplish amazing things as individuals– and even more as a community. We are the frontiers who are starting the movement. We start by sharing stories; helping each other; pushing each other; and challenging each other to do better and be better. I want to say a special thank you to our community partners who I encourage you to visit throughout the day in the exhibit hall. They are all unique and all focus on improving women in different ways. Without the support of these organizations, this event would not have been possible. Thank you.

Thank you to the conference planning committee. As a result of your help, vision and hard work, this conference has grown in size and exposure, and most importantly, it has managed to connect so many women in our community. To say I am proud to have you all on my team is an understatement. Thank you and your companies for believing in women in business and giving your time to this conference. This conference would not be possible without you, your support, your ideas and your hard work. Thank you. To my friends and family, thank you for believing in our mission. Your generosity, support and constant motivation has contributed to helping us make our dream a continued reality.

Until next time,
