Payroll is fully integrated with the HR Employee Database and Leave & Absence


Every employee has fixed or variable pay

components as part of Salary data


The ADMIN user can update different sets of data or upload in bulk from Excel. Several controls are provided to check payroll status, payroll not

generated, Final settlement etc.


Adjustments can be updated against any pay component where a specific deviation is required


Adhoc payments / deductions like Incentive, Bonus, etc can be processed as a manual input


Generate payroll once or multiple times, for all employees or for a specific employee or for an entire department


Check the online Pay slip, or generate emails to employees which contains the Pay slip in PDF format


Pay slip sample – you can customize the fields that should appear in the payslip. Your company logo automatically shows in each Pay slip.


Generate Monthly tabular chart of salary / deductions for any employee – extremely useful to total up earnings for a

particular head or reconcile salary month-wise


Monthly Salary Details chart – can be viewed by HR / Finance team and also by the employee when using Self Service

(As employee can submit the claims on-line through ESS, managers can also approve/ reject the claims through his login )

Manager will get a summary of pending as well as settled reimbursement claims



Finance officer can approve or reject the claim, he/she can check the eligibility of employee for reimbursement claims, and approval can be happen accordingly



Once the claim has been approved, it will link with the employees current salary as reimbursement is integrated with the payroll, the amount will be reflect on employees current salary
