I’m always looking for ways to

expand the offering that we provide

to our employees at Oracle. The

Liberty Mutual program has been

an excellent addition and has

expanded the comprehensive

offering that we provide.

RHONDA DAVIDSON

SENIOR BENEFITS MANAGER,

ORACLE CORPORATION

You value your employees. They make you who you are. So why not reward them with a valuable money-saving benefi t? At Liberty Mutual, we’ve got the answer—our AUTO and HOME Voluntary Benefi ts program.

Through this program, your employees can receive exclusive group insurance discounts while your company enhances its benefi ts package—with no direct cost to you. And our program is hassle-free and easy to implement.

The proven choice in voluntary benefits.Since 1970, Liberty Mutual’s AUTO and HOME Voluntary Benefi ts program has given employers a powerful tool to help attract and retain employees.

Today, our AUTO and HOME Voluntary Benefi ts program is the most sponsored program in the industry, with more than 5,000 companies nationwide offering these benefi ts to their employees. It’s the only program that combines:

High customer satisfaction. 98% of our policyholders intend to repurchase insurance with Liberty Mutual and 97% would recommend us.

High-quality insurance from a company you know and trust. As one of the largest multiline insurance providers in the North American property and casualty industry, we can offer your employees a wide range of insurance programs, not to mention the peace of mind that comes with dealing with a Fortune 100 company.

On-site education. We’ll engage employees and help them make informed fi nancial decisions with our on-site educational seminars.

Marketing support. We help you increase participation and awareness among your employees. We’ll even provide quarterly reports of results, helping you track participation.

Convenient enrollment. We’ll enroll your employees when and where it’s convenient for them—through two call centers, at more than 350 local offi ces, through a customized, co-branded website or during on-site visits from Liberty Mutual representatives.

Personal assistance and support. Your Liberty Mutual account team will help you manage and promote the program.

Happy employees are better employees.

Enrolling is easy.We designed our program to reduce administrative burdens. When you choose Liberty Mutual, a dedicated account team will help manage our relationship.

Your employees will receive personalized service from trained professionals in one of our 350 local sales offi ces. They can access us through the internet or call our toll-free direct response center, which is open Monday through Friday, 7am to 11pm ET, and on weekends. Our licensed insurance professionals review employees’ needs, explain the coverages available, and help them make cost and coverage comparisons. Most importantly, your employees initiate the enrollment process. There’s no pressure.

It doesn’t cost you anything to offer Liberty Mutual’s AUTO and HOME Voluntary Benefi ts program to your employees, and there is no minimum participation level. Our experience shows that when we form solid partnerships with our clients, participation usually reaches 23% by the fi fth year.

We recommend offering payroll deduction1 to your employees. Payroll deduction is easy to implement—our billing specialists will work directly with your payroll department—and employees love the savings they receive. Your employees have no down payment and no billing fees.

Once employees enroll, they’ll enjoy the convenience of automatic payroll deduction or checking account withdrawal—all with minimal monthly maintenance by the HR department and tailored to fi t your existing payroll system. We can also direct-bill employees at their home addresses. We’re fl exible.

1 For employer groups of 100+ employees.

Insurance they can count on.Your employees need insurance, but like anyone, they hope they’ll never need to use it. Should an accident happen, however, they’ll be glad they chose Liberty Mutual.

With Liberty Mutual, customers get what they expect: immediate, courteous help with claims, and no hassles.

Liberty Mutual also offers information to help prevent accidents, home fi res and theft. Our complimentary Liberty Lines magazine, for example, describes the most common causes of household fi res, tells customers which cars perform better in crashes, offers advice for new teen drivers and describes safer driving techniques.

We work hard to offer protection that lets your employees live their lives and concentrate on what matters most. When things go wrong, we’re there for them.

High-quality insurance is only part of our AUTO and HOME Voluntary Benefi ts program. We also offer on-site educational programs and special events to help increase participation and keep your employees safe and secure. On average, 75% of all employer groups offer on-site access to our sales reps.

For more than 95 years, Liberty Mutual’s mission has been to help people live safer, more secure lives. As a leader in safety, Liberty Mutual is the only insurer to own and operate its own research center—the Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety. For decades, we have worked on behalf of our customers, conducting research on potential hazards and developing solutions.

Our innovations have made life safer—at home, on the highway and on the job. Now you can leverage our ongoing commitment to safety by offering Liberty Mutual’s on-site community marketing programs to your employees.
