EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation is always looking for great people and you can
help! If you know someone who demonstrates excellent customer service and who meets the
qualifications of an existing position at Six Nations Bingo, you could be awarded $200.00 after the
candidate successfully completes ninety (90) days of employment.
The procedure for referring someone to Six Nations Bingo is as follows:
1. Six Nations Bingo employees and full time/part time SNGRDC employees qualify for the referral
award.
2. SNGRDC’s ELT and Management Team are excluded from receiving the referral award.
3. The hiring of a referred candidate must occur within six months of the initial referral date.
4. To be eligible for the award, the attached Candidate Referral Form must be completed, a resume
and Six Nations Bingo Application Form included and submitted to the Human Resources
Department at [email protected] or submit through www.sndevcorp.ca. Drop offs are
accepted at the Six Nations Tourism Building.
5. Once the referred candidate completes a successful ninety (90) days of employment, the employee
responsible for the referral will receive the award of $200.00.
6. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
7. There is a maximum of two referrals per employee per fiscal year, monitored by HR.
8. All candidates will be given the same consideration consistent with SNGRDC’s recruitment policies
and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
We would encourage our employees to check out our current vacant positions on the website and think
about their social networks as potential resources for referred candidates. The referred candidates may
take precedence in the hiring process.
