Arkansas Tech University strives to comply with the Title IX policy to ensure a safe, respectful and non-threatening environment for faculty, staff, and students. Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities that receive federal funds. Therefore it is mandatory for all Tech employees to complete this training within the 30 day time frame. If you experience a problem when signing into Everfi, change your internet browser to either Google Chrome or Firefox.

1. Go to ATU’s portal at https://onetech.atu.edu – It should look like the following:

2. Log in and click on Employee located on the left-hand navigation menu – It should look like the following:

3. Once on the Employee menu , click on the Self-Service Banner link located under the Banner Services section – You should be redirected and it should look like the following:

4. Click on the Employee tab located at the top – It should look like the following:

5. Now click on the Employee Mandatory Training. You should now see the Sexual Assault Prevention Training – It should look like the following:

6. Click the Sexual Assault Prevention Training link to start your training. You will be redirected to the Everfi site. To add the 2017-2018 training course please click on the green button located at the top right hand corner of your screen. “Add a Course”

7. The following screen will appear. To select a course click on the arrow to the right of the box and select Haven for Faculty and Staff. To select a group click on the arrow to the right of the box and select the appropriate employee status. Now click on the green button labeled “Add”

8. This information should appear on your screen. To begin the 2017-2018 training click on the blue button labeled “Get Started”.

9. If you have previously registered for the 2017-2018 training course with Everfi and are returning to the site, the screen will appear as below. The course allows you to begin and stop at any time during the training session. If you should exit the training course prior to completion, when you log back in to your course it will resume from your last login session.

10. Select the blue Access Course button to begin the training.
