Dr. Clark is a business psychologist who applies the rigor and methods of psychology to issues of critical relevance to business, including leadership development, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance. Michelle is adept at identifying the most salient people and organizational dynamics and using this information to help the organization increase its effectiveness. In addition to her work with Psychological Associates, Michelle is also a facilitator for the national Chief Executive Network, assisting C-level leaders of six industry sectors (manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, architectural, engineering, general contracting, electrical and mechanical contracting, and technology software) to network with their top management peers, obtain guidance on business development, and learn about the latest trends and best practices in their respective business.
