Case study: Manufacturing Sector

Customer: Essar Oil Problem Statement: Middle management and above were spending little or no time on the corporate intranet and LMS Solution: Essar Oil offered ‘LearnOnTheMove’ to its senior executives on Smartphone using Drona Mobile. CEO messages along with other top leaders learnings in the form of short videos, presentations were then scheduled for pushing twice in a week. Result: 1. 70 hours of engagement achieved in less than 4 quarters amongst 100 users 2. Max engagement by an individual achieved: 261 Mins (4 hours) 3. ‘LearnOnTheMove’ provided the users convenience to access the system.
