How to do EFT?• Firstly, identify the Problem you wish to work with.• For example: phobia, headache, body pain, nervousness, worry,

anxiety, panic, addiction or etc..

• Identify the words or sentence that represent the problem.• For example:• If you have great fear in your body, use the sentence: “The great

fear in me”• If you worry, use the sentence: “The worry in me”• If you have anxiety- and panic disorder, use the sentence: “The

anxiety- and panic disorder in me”• If you have squeezing pain in your head, use the sentence:

“Squeezing pain in my head”• If you have sharp chest pain, use the sentence: “The sharp pain in

my chest”• If you are stressed because the long do do list you have to take

care of: “I feel stressed when I think of all the work I have to do”

• Name the “Problem” you want to work with. • Name the “fear” and think of it, feel it and repeat it to yourself loudly. • Name the “worry” and think of it, feel it and repeat it to yourself loudly. • Name the “sorrow” and think of it, feel it and repeat it to yourself loudly. • Name the “phobia” and think of it, feel it and repeat it to yourself loudly. • Name the “automatic thought” and think of it, feel it and repeat it to yourself loudly.

• I.e.: “The Anxiety- and panic disorder in me”

• Now set your feedback mechanism and rate your problem from 0-10 • (0- no feeling; 10 - worst as ever can be, feeling)

Tap with the both hand middle fingers to the every point on the face and on the body 5 times and keep focus on the problem.

Repeat the tapping row from 0-7,5-10 times.

Rate again your problem from the scale 0-10 by tapping the same time to the point 9.

Do you still have the problem orsome fear or worry left, if yes,repeat the tapping sessionuntil you reach the scale 0.

EFT Tapping• Now you are ready to begin tap the

problem in your body by using EFT tapping.

• Tap by tapping with the other hand (with the side of the index finger) to the Karate Point 10., on the side of the hand.

• And say it loudly: “Even though I have The Anxiety- and panic disorder in me, I completely and totally love and approve myself!”

• Repeat the action 3 times. This is EFT set-up point.

• 1. Tap next to the inner edge of the eyebrow point. • And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic

disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• 2. Tap next to the side of the eye point.• And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic

disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• 3. Tap next under the eye and on edge of the eye socket.

• And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• 4. Tap next under the nose above the lip point.• And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic

disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• 5. Tap next to the chin point under the lip.• And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic

disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• 6. Tap next under the collar-bone• And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic

disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• 7. Tap Under the Arm Point. About 4 inches down of the armpit and on the bra line.

• And say it loudly: “The Anxiety- and panic disorder in me” (tap 5 times)

• Rate where the problem: “The Anxiety- and panic disorder in me” is now. To re assess the problem.

• Rate your problem from 0-10, by tapping the same time to the point 9. (0- no feeling; 10 - worst as ever can be, feeling)

• Continue the process until you reach 0 in the scale 0-10.
