(GHA) has been engaged to prepare a thorough Traffic Impact and Parking Study for the proposed re-use of the building located at 1085 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield, Illinois. This study will include updated traffic data collection and observations as well as specific analyses of the proposed use and its anticipated interaction with the existing surrounding uses. As you are aware, GHA has a considerable history of preparing similar studies in the immediate vicinity, including: Operational Analyses Lake Cook Road at Pine Street (Village of Deerfield) Ongoing Banner Senior Living / JUF Senior Residences 1627 Lake Cook Road August 2017 KGH Consultation & Treatment Clinic 1161 Lake Cook Road February 2017 Congregation B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim (BJBE) 1201 Lake Cook Road May 2013 update / Sept. 2006 Hellenic American Academy of Chicago 1085 Lake Cook Road February 2005 Rochelle Zell Jewish High School 1095 Lake Cook Road May 2004 We have received and reviewed considerable background information from the Village’s Planning department and are very familiar with their requirements. Additionally, we are very familiar with the unique operations of the Lake Cook Road / Pine Street / Frontage Road intersection as well as the balance between alternating peak hours associated with the variety of uses in close proximity to the subject site. As noted, we are in the process of collecting updated traffic data and observations and look forward to working with you on the Traffic Impact and Parking Study for the proposed Montessori School. Materials are set so they go from easy to difficult and helps your child stay challenged –materials are actually fun (but they are learning).

We hire the best talent we can find, and we train them to ensure they are carrying forward the high standards – we want caring individuals with your children.
