Some of the quotable personal achievements are as follows:

1. Successfully led and managed a team of project officers, IDconsultants, contractors and vendors to complete a total
renovation exercise involving 150 BBMB Branches under anew image concept.
1995 - 1998
2. Upon merger between BBMB and BOC, successfullyundertook Re-branding exercise, which saw the image andcosmetic upgrading of 117 Branches nationwide, completedapproximately within 6 months.

3. Implement and manage the replacement of cctv securitysystem from the conventional VCR type to the PC basedDigital Video Recorder type, nationwide.

4. Developed Branch Maintenance Manual to assist Branchesin administrating their premises maintenance and otherproperty matters.

5. Introduced Custodial Contract concept, which saw theappointment of competent service contractors (electrical, air-conditioners, office cleaning etc) taking care of a group ofBranches under a group contract, where the unit rates werepre-determined and scope of work standardized nationwide.

6. In the outsourcing of security services to the Bankssubsidiary, developed the Service Level Agreement, which
consists of detailed performance procedures and guidelines.

7. Developed and introduced Helpdesk system, a systematicreporting, logging and tasks monitoring for Branches toreport, request and complain on any matters in relation tobuilding defects, damages etc. (note: Each month, anaverage of 700 tasks are recorded in this Helpdesk system).

8. Successfully managed and completed a nationwide BranchMaintenance exercise which saw a total of 75 Branchesselected and given facelift, completed within a period ofabout 4 months.
