Objectives (Draft)

5/13/2014

• Demonstrate and Test Integration of End User Devices and Sensors, from the open ecosystem of

partners, into a 4G LTE 700 MHz network

• Assess Agility and Flexibility of Technology to Adapt to Dynamics of First Responder Techniques

and Procedures

• Identify Potential Evolution of Techniques and Procedures based on Net-Centric First Responder

Operations to include integration of Army common operating picture

• Collect/Assess Metrics that help Focus Technology Providers on Gaps and Needs

• Identify and Shape Advanced Broadband Network Concepts of Support for Future TEEX

Exercises

• Demonstrate and Test Impact and Value of 4G LTE 700 MHz Networks in

Support of First Responder Operations

• Test the use of Internet 2 as a viable communication link for disaster

operations

• Demonstrate Army/NG communications networks and mission

command systems in support of disaster response operations
