What a weekend we had. The last week of April

ended with a bang–it’s was fast, it was fascinating,

it was fantastic! And as an added bonus Melbourne

put on a perfect display of her finest autumn

sunshine to keep everyone smiling.

Saturday was fast with twelve auctions resulting in

ten sales under the hammer, keeping us on our toes

all day. It was also a fascinating day with a sale in

Northcote. Out of our traditional working area but

certainly not out of our comfort zone. That property

in St Georges Road was sold prior to auction–

a fantastic result. But that’s not all. We’re also

auctioning a property in Clifton Hill. So, if you think

Gary Peer is the Glen Eira & Bayside agent, think again.

We sell property all over Melbourne. (Although there’s

no doubt we adore it here in our own back yard!)

This weekend we have thirteen auctions scheduled

and we’re looking forward to the upcoming winter

months enormously. We think it’s a great time to sell.
