Week 2:

ALL:

-MDT - RUN - OK System under PID testing & adjustments - (LAST TEST ELOG 2576) -Mixer - OK - Total Flow ~6000l/h | Ratio OK -Distribution - OK - -ELMB reset due to strange behaviour of inputs flows in rack 73 => under investigation => Seems likeproblem is back. -Some pressure sensors reported for reset => will be carried out on week 3. -Pump - OK => Bypass regulation ~82% -Exhaust - OK -Humidifier - OK -Problem reported by Fred => Since end of december loop humididty wnet down, MFC having problemsto inject enough gas to compensate => problem solved (Oneway valved replaced and gas input tube with metalmesh cleaned in the ultrasonic bath), now MFC can inject gas. loop humidity going up. -Water refill.

-TFC - RUN - OK -Distribution - OK -Pump - OK =>Temperatures & flow OK => oil check - OK. -Circulation - OK => Ratio 1.5 OK -Injection - OK => Flow ~3.5m3/h

-Electrical - -Pump: Regulation valve broken => Date to be scheudled. -Distribution - OK -Support for ATLAS TC during preassure & leak tests => All sesions cancelled from 2020 restarted thisweek. Level 0 done. All pipes passed pressure test but one 35mm and all copper pipes (tested together) failedat leak test (will be retested at the end). Level 2 tests started. -Pirifier 1, 2 & 3: -Purifier 1 => Few leak tests not passed (with Ar and then CO2) => Major problem found on columnflanges (joints) => problem with top flanges fixed but bottom ones still have a leak => Material needs to beremoved and joints replaced. (To be scheudled) -Purifier 2 => 1st leak tests not passed => Investigation ongoing => tests restarted. -Purifier 3 => One 6mm union missing => installed on place.

-ID - RUN - OK -SCT, PIXEL, IBL - N2 - OK => Flow OK ~3921l/h | H2O level OK -69.2oC -12mm SS tube installed in place for Ar supply by TC => Connection on week 2 or 3. -ID - DRY AIR - OK => Flow OK ~6.4m3/h (device calibrated for CO2) | H2O level ~ -52oC -IDEP analysis new chassis to be installed => to be scheudled with IDs and Patrick.

-CSC - STOP - OK

-MM - NEW SYSTEM -Analysis - -H2O analysis installed in USA15.

-TRT - RUN - OK (TRO mixer in RUN) -Leak tests requested in Exhaust and Membrane module by TRTs. => Started.

-ANALYSIS 3 - RUN - OK

PGS: OKN2 - Problem with strange alarms during refilling found => Dewar pressure sensor value was linked togetherwith dewar level => fixed.Ar - 21/01/2021 - Due to human error during intervention (we were not informed) alarms were triggered.Situation reported to David and seen on plase with gas supply team (they promissed not to carry anyintervention without notifing us before).ALL - all MFMs dismounted for calibration by Gas sypply team.

Week 3:

-MDT - RUN - OK -Distribution - OK - -ELMB reset due to strange behaviour of inputs flows in rack 73 => Further investigations. -Some pressure sensors reported for reset => investigation and resets to be done.

-TFC - RUN - OK

-RPC - STOP - OK -Distribution - OK -Support for ATLAS TC during preassure & leak tests => Continuation. -Pirifier 1, 2 & 3: -Leak tests continuation.

-ID - RUN - OK -12mm SS tube installed in place for Ar supply by TC => Connection.

-CSC - STOP - OK

-MM - NEW SYSTEM
