Multitasking isn’t promising. So stop it. Concentrate on one task at a time.
Stop accommodating interruptions. Concentrate and focus on the given task.
Organize. Learn to set your schedules and timelines during the day.
Learn to say no. When you have too much in your hand, then someone hands you another task then say no.
Delegate. After saying no, you can just hand it over to the next person.
Make notes later and learn for next time.
