DBT Mandate

Universalization of DBTVide OM dt. 13.02.2015 and 19.02.2015 DBT has been expanded to cover all Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored Schemes, both Plan and Non Plan, where cash benefits are transferred to individual beneficiaries implemented through Centre/State/Sub-State level/Government’s Implementing Agencies/Societies/Non Government Organizations.

Expansion of Scope Expansion of Scope of DBT vide OM dated 31.03.2016 include all welfare or subsidy schemes, which involve cash or in kind benefits' transfers to individuals.
