Are locksets that combine the features of the 1000 Series, plus lever-activated handles. Thislock complies with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards. The heavy-duty fully mechanical 3000 SERIES offers slimline access control for narrowstile aluminum and glass entrance doors. The lock has a control key that deactivatesand activates the combination. Lockout (privacy) Feature: Disables the lock from the inside so that entry codes cannot be usedto gain access. Access is permitted using the key override only.

Passage Feature: Allows access without using the lock entry code, keeping the doorunlocked even while closed. This feature is activated from the inside with a thumbturn orkey (included with all passage feature models).

Mechanical Key Override: Can be used to override the lock combination and gain accessusing a key. This feature allows emergency access to facilities and allows them to initiateor maintain a master-keyed security system (keyed alike or keyed differently). The lockaccepts removable core cylinders, which is a recommended feature for single dooraccessed areas.
