The wAppLoxx System offers a range of benefits thanks to its sophisticated IT architecture. Here the wAppLoxx Control acts as the system's communication hub. It is operated via the internet or an intranet, and can be intuitively configured via a web browser.

The advantage: locking rights can be updated or changed in seconds and, thanks to the web, are instantly transmitted wirelessly to all doors where they become active. New locking rights thus no longer need to be transmitted to each cylinder individually.

But wAppLoxx offers much more than just quick and reliable access control. The system also features a first-class alarm connection that includes rights management. Authorised individuals can use the wAppLoxx Cylinder to arm and disarm the burglar alarm system. This considerably reduces the risk of a false alarm being triggered.

And users are offered the highest degree of flexibility when it comes to system control: the wAppLoxx Control can be managed via an intranet but also globally via the web, using any type of end device: from traditional PCs to tablet PCs and smartphones.

That's because all of the system's settings are stored here centrally: the Control is home to all of the unit's intelligent features, without any additional running costs. no running costssecure data

This view enables tailor-made time schedules to be predefined simply by highlighting the appropriate time bars. These can be individually assigned to one or several users.

Manage all your users in one place with just a few simple clicks: add new users and manage locking media, arming/disarming rights as well as time schedules. You can also prevent access for a specific user.

Under System settings, an administrator can adjust all the key options for access, network and e-mail messaging, as well as date, time and language.

New cylinders can be assigned within the Control at any time. The configuration panel can then be used to set up the opening time and the arming function.

WAPPLOXX SOFTWARE AN OVERVIEW

The wAppLoxx App completes the system: it allows all user functions to be operated on the go. With this app, remote access can be used to allow theunlocking of doors - this function is only visible at the cylinder when someoneturns the cylinder outer knob, which flashes green before unlocking. Integratedburglar alarm systems can also be armed and disarmed on the app. Usersauthorised to access the log view can keep an eye on all events at any giventime.

APP CONTROL

The wAppLoxx App's remote feature allows access to be granted remotely.

The app can also be used to control the arm/disarm feature via a burglar alarm integrated into the wAppLoxx System.

The app's log view provides an overview of operations and authorised personnel access at each door.

The wAppLoxx Control can be connected to a burglar alarm system in next to no time, making arming/disarming child's play. But the fun doesn't stop there: this function can also be easily controlled via the app. Here the wAppLoxx Control takes care of all communication with the individual components. What's more, the system prevents annoying false alarms by reducing the risk of their occurrence when doors are being locked or unlocked.

The alarm system can be armed or disarmed directly via the wAppLoxx Cylinder 1 operating panel.

The arm/disarm command is sent wirelessly to the wAppLoxx Control 2 , which is connected to the burglar alarm system 3 .

Chip key reader The chip key reader is a standard for all CodeLoxx versions. It is a key hole accepting ABUS electronic chip keys.

Proximity reader This type of reader allows the use of contactless opening media such as tags or cards. It is also possible to operate using an ABUS electronic chip key. Integration into the mechanical locking system is possible via a combi key.

Electronic 6 digit combination code entry Unlock your door without a key! The CodeLoxx LC can be opened using a 4, 5, or 6 digit electronic ressetable combination code. The thumbturn also accepts entry via chip key, providing multiple secure solutions for commercial and domestic applications.

Standard (S) The standard electronic allows recording 511 authorisations / users in the system, as well as recording the last 1,000 events.

Standard with Protocol function (SP)Additionally to the standard electronic characteristics and functions, the electronic with Protocol function records the events with date and time stamp and allows several additional timed functions like weekly user profiles, etc.

Notes on installation: For proper operation you must ensure that the cam of the CodeLoxx cylinder is not held under pressure by the spring tension of the mortise lock during the opening process. In rare combinations of CodeLoxx cylinders and mortise locks, there can be tension between the cam and screening of the shaft after pressure on the CodeLoxx digit ring outer knob, whereby the double knob cylinder is prevented from decoupling. We therefore recommend testing this during installation and, where necessary, turning the knob one quarter towards the closing direction after the opening process. This results in the relaxation of the individual components and allows the CLX double knob cylinder to decouple. The CLX-LCA can also be rebuilt on-site without screening to ensure decoupling. The interface between the real and virtual worlds

The transfer device is a bi-directional interface between locking media and the management PC. This enables locking media to be read on the PC or for recorded events to be transferred. In the other direction, locking and arming rights are transferred to the locking system.

Whilst you can plug the ABUS electronic chip key directly into the transfer device, the AM-Px is needed as a mediator for proximity media. On the other hand, the transfer device is connected to the management PC via the supplied serial cable or USB adapter.
