The incorrect operation due to negligence will cause the serious personalinjury or even death.
Caution
The incorrect operation due to negligence will cause the personal injury andthe damage of mechanism. This kind of marks is Matters for Attention, and the figure inside thetriangle is the content for attention. (Exp. The left figure is Watch YourHand!)This kind of mark is Forbidden.
This kind of mark means Must. The figure in the circle is the contents thathave to be done. (Exp. The left figure is Ground!)
2. Safety Matters for Attention
Danger
For opening the control box, please turn off the power and take away theplug from socket firstly, and then wait for at least 5 minutes before openingthe control box. Touching the part with high voltage will cause the personinjury.
Caution
Usage Environment
Try not to use this sewing machine near the sources of strong disturbancelike high-frequency welding machine. The source of strong disturbance will affect the normal operation of thesewing machine.
The voltage fluctuation shall be within 20% of the rated voltage. The large fluctuation of voltage will affect the normal operations of sewingmachine, Therefore a voltage regulator is needed in that situation.
Working temperature: 0~50.
The operation of the sewing machine will be affacted by environment withtemperature beyond the above range.
Relative Humidity: 5%~95%(No dew inside the machine), or the operationof sewing machine will be affected.
The supply of compressed gas shall be over the consumption required bythe sewing machine. The insufficient supply of compressed gas will lead tothe abnormal action of sewing machine.
In case of thunder, lightning or storm, please turn off the power and pullplug out the socket. Because these will have influence on the operation ofsewing machine.
Installation
Please ask the trained technicians to install the sewing machine.
Dont connect machine to power supply until the installation is finished.
Otherwise the action of sewing machine may cause personal injury oncethe start switch is pressed at that situation by mistake.

2 Motor Setting
2.1 Installation Angle Adjustment of Main Servo Motor
We recommend that the main servo motor should be installed with Position Zero
Degree to the machines zero degree (the highest position of needle bar). The Position ZeroDegree is the encoders pulse value. If there is inaccuracy, you can make some adjustment. The inaccuracy should be in a range of -30~ +30. Or the adjustment would fail to work ifexceeded. Please adjust the coupler between the main servo motor and machine shaft toreduce the inaccuracy and make sure it falls in the rang of -30~ +30.
Hold for 3 seconds to have access to the Mode Setting Level 2 Interface;
press to have access to the interface of testing mode.
Mode Setting Level 2 Testing Mode
On Testing Mode, the icon refers to the motor installing inaccuracy adjustmentfunction.Press it to enter the angle adjustment screen, and use the pulley to rotate the needle bar toits highest position (machines zero degree). Then the pulse value of main servo motors
encoder would be displayed on the icon , the installing inaccuracy angle would bedisplayed in the item of FIXED , the machine angle adjusted would be displayed in the
item of MACH. Press key to complete and the inaccuracy would be automaticallyadjusted by the system.
At ten tion: The inaccuracy value is stored in the Panel , you may need to adjus t the
inaccuracyagain, when you install a new servo motor o r replace a new Panel.
