Ecommerce according to him is the communication for the customerthrough website for getting orders and providing customer services.

A huge number of computers are being used in organization.

All departments are connected to each other through wired andwireless network.

The organization has an active website.There is no Central Database in organization.

The organization is using a Central Information System.

At the moment the organization is not using an ERP software but ithas planned to install it with in a year.

Most of the employees in the organization use email software.Only 10 to 20 employees know how to work on data base.

All the IT based communication is controlled by specialists in ITdepartment.

According to Mr. Zeeshan Security, Finance & Awareness are themajor barriers to the implementation of EC.
