About us
The company Neweld was founded more than twenty years ago, thanks to the willingness and desire of a group of people, with several decades of experience, to utilise and spread the results of welding metallurgy, with special reference to filler materials used for corrective and repair welding jobs, for pro-duction and maintenance, as well as for the entire field of brazing and soldering.
From the very beginning, Neweld demonstrated itself as an agile and dynamic company, well capableof following and satisfying the needs of its customers in a globally active manner, accompanied by re-lentless searching for QUALITY, BEST SERVICE, and FLEXIBILITY IN OPERATIONS.
These were the characteristics and inspirations which motivated Neweld, early as 1996, to be among the first three companies of this sector in Italy to obtain certification under the UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 standard concerning quality assurance certificates. In 2003, Neweld again went through an adjustment procedure and was approved also under the more stringent UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 VISION standard for quality assurance systems, and in 2008, received the most advanced certification of quality assu-rance under the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
Since 1998, Neweld has entered the sector of soldering and brazing, and started to manufacture rings, plates, washers, and pre-formed parts for the purpose of brazing and soldering with any type of alloy, either ferrous or non-ferrous metals and, during the years, has become one of the leading companies in the production of these particular components, to the extent that nowadays the company’s production capacity exceeds 50 million pieces per month.
However, the market has started to become global, and a number of companies, which have, up untilthat time, has been present with their products exclusively on the Italian market, started to outreach forother countries of Eastern Europe and/or South America, or often asked Neweld to help them to start up their production close to the new plants. This is how in 2002, the first new headquarters abroad, NEWELD POLAND, was opened.
Today, thanks to this continuous development and the international DNA, Neweld is present in several countries either directly, via its affiliated companies, such as POLAND, SERBIA, and HUNGARY, and indirectly via retailers and dealers, or specialised persons in BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, CHINA, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
This production capability, and the presence in the most important countries of the emerging world, itsconstant quest for quality and service, make Neweld the ideal partner for all industrial companies whichlook for excellence with regard to their suppliers and partners.

Basic covered electrode for charging with high efficiency (190%). The high efficiency allows a formation of carbides groups, of very hard chromium groups in a matrix made of austenitic steel, which gives to the deposit a great resistance to more severe abrasion, that is accompanied by a good resistance to moderate shocks. Resistance to wear and tear can be 50 times higher than that of conventional electrodes of the same hardness. Soft fusion, machinable only by grinding. The formation of cracks on the metal deposited is normal; for this type of electrode, the resistence in service is not prejudicial. Reload worm gear, excavator shovels, body pump in abrasive materials, screws, pumps.
