PDC RESTORER ® Now one of the most successfully researched modalities is newly packaged to help clinicians treat Diabetic Neuropathy-associated pain. PDC Restorer Provides Reliable Results for a Variety of Diagnoses: • Diabetic Neuropathy pain • Pressure Wound Pain • Chronic Pain • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (RSD) • Chronic pain-attributed Diabetic Wounds • Venous Stasis Wound Pain • User-friendly – can be used at home by patients or caregivers • Helps increase circulation and improve perfusion into the affected tissues with treatment sessions of 60 minutes or 8 hours nocturnally • Electro Garment socks or gloves act as a complimentary method of providing stimulation to the affected areas • Merges time-proven technology with innovative packaging The PDC Restorer is an advanced, non-narcotic, simple-to-use home product to help treat diabetic neuropathy-associated pain. It delivers electrical current through a silver-conductive garment (or reusable electrodes). Earlier devices and methods of delivering the stimulation were difficult to use and typically were used only clinically. A volume of research demonstrates the effectiveness of electrical stimulation in managing pain and wounds associated with diabetic neuropathy. The PDC Restorer requires a physician’s prescription. What is Diabetic Neuropathy (DPN)? Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) often features sensory loss in extremities, which may lead to foot ulceration, due to even minor trauma. Estimates show that between 12 to 50% of people with diabetes have some degree of DPN 1 , which may be asymptomatic or symptomatic. “Positive” symptoms may be disabling and may include numbness, prickling, pain (e.g., burning, lancinating, aching), or allodynia. The total annual cost of DPN and its complications in the U.S. was estimated to be between $4.6 and $13.7 billion. Up to 27% of the direct medical cost of diabetes may be attributed to DPN¹.Please turn the page to learn how electrical stimulation delivered by the PDC Restorer works to alleviate DPN. Now one of the most successfully researched modalities is newly packaged to help clinicians treat

Diabetic Neuropathy-associated pain.

PDC Restorer Provides Reliable Results for a Variety of Diagnoses:• Diabetic Neuropathy pain • Pressure Wound Pain • Chronic Pain • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (RSD) • Chronic pain-attributed Diabetic Wounds • Venous Stasis Wound Pain • User-friendly – can be used at home by patients or caregivers• Helps increase circulation and improve perfusion into the affected

tissues with treatment sessions of 60 minutes or 8 hours nocturnally • Electro Garment socks or gloves act as a complimentary method

of providing stimulation to the affected areas • Merges time-proven technology with innovative packaging

The PDC Restorer is an advanced, non-narcotic, simple-to-use home product to help treat diabetic neuropathy-associated pain.

Diabetic Neuropathy and Electrical StimulationElectrical stimulation is an approved therapy for chronic wounds. A strong body of clinical work demonstrates the enhanced healing rates with the application of pulsed DC electrical stimulation in venous stasis ulcers, decubitus ulcers, and neuropathic diabetic foot wounds. Several randomized clinical trials support this technology. In fact, more clinical evidence supports electrical stimulation than supports many of the newer therapies, such as bioengineered tissue and platelet-derived growth factor. Electrical stimulation is inexpensive and readily available in most areas of the United States, however, it has been overlooked in recent years.²This well-documented modality – electrical stimulation, is now repackaged and accessorized with an electrical conductive garment, to create the PDC Restorer. It is reimbursable through third party insurers. Patients administer treatments by first applying a spray that enhances the electrical conductivity, then placing the electro-garment (sock or glove) on the foot or hand. The PDC Restorer offers two waveform programs, P1 and P2, to provide the most effective treatment for individual patients.Daily treatments of 60-minute intervals (P1) may be repeated three (3) or four (4) times. For night pain, patients may use the nocturnal treatment (P2), which comes on each hour for 30 minutes over an eight-hour period.

The PDC Restorer is Medicare-coded and PDAC-approved: EO720: Medicare (single-channel TENS | EO731: Garments |
