iii) At 14.35 Hrs. ABB service engineer came and attan the LV card change work for 300KW

Gox Compressor Motor. Replce the old LV card and new one fixed. At 15.10 Hrs complete the

work. Then taken two time trail run at 15.15 Hrs. and 15.25 Hrs.Compressor running normal

condition. Taken Unload current - 176 Amps. AT 15.30 Hrs Again Start the Gox Compressor andgive the 50% load the Compressor teken current for 215 Amps, after 5 minits give full load

Compressor taken current 325 Amps.

At. 02:10 Hrs Gox Compressor start. The Compressor not start due to soft starter side fault

indication (line fault / Delta). Immideatly SESA Engineer's came and attan the fault but problem

not solved. Same fault indication again. Then after taken shut down work at 04 : 50 Hrs.

Recheck all controll wiring after two time try to start the compressor but not start . Then check

the soft starter PCB board removed and re put it. again strat the Gox compressor. The Motor

start and running normal condition. At. 7 : 15 Hrs Started Gox compressor.

5/5/2013 AT 2. AM Gox comp try to start but same fault (Line FAULT/DELTA ) removed its card

again try but not started so again removed its L.V card and start Gox comp AT 7.15

1.4 MW Soft Starter party came and open all side cover clean it with hand blower

and AMC maintenance done. Main Air Compressor HT panel taken AMC and

200 KW GAN compressor Old Motor 1 Over hauling work completed for Joyel electrical. Then

Motor brought to PIG plant Electrical work shop.9/5/2013 Transformer (1250 KVA) change the old silicagel and new silicagel fillied done. No ok ELECTRICAL MINOR

300KW Gox compressor soft starter service work carried out. The work attan by ABB service

Engg. Remove out going cable and check soft starter thyrister Ohms value. Value R,Y&B phase

50 ohms. Normal value. Note: The service person told ( Before every start the Gox Compressor

check i/p voltage and tripping time also i/p chek.) Then re connect the cable and take two time

trail. Motor running normal condition.


########200 KW GAN Compressor Moto - I (old Motor) check IR value. Winding to body 20Mohm

(R,Y&B). Then taken trail run. Motor running normal condition and initial peak load - 483 A.

Unload current R-Ph-31A,Y-ph-32A & B-Ph-35 (Delta Connection)

At 05:50 Hrs plant tripped due to MOP problem. At 07:10 Hrs taken MOP maintanence for

Mechanical Dept. So immediately MAC VCB rack out position and MOP MPCB isolated. At 12:10

Hrs MOP maintenance work completed and shut down permit closed. At 12:15 Hrs MOP started

running normal condition. At 12:30 Hrs MAC VCB rack in position. At 12:50 Hrs. Plant startedand running normal condition.

Gox Compressor started at 20 : 20 Hrs. Gox Compressor was not started due to electrical

problem (Fault Line/Delta). Taken shut down at 21:25 Hrs and checked all terminals tightness

abd taken trail run. But again Compressor was not started due to same fault. Then checked Gox

compressor i/p voltage. RY-414V, YB-413V, BR-409V and RN-333, YN-334, BN-109. fault was

identified, the problem was un-balanced i/p voltage. So again terminal tightness re-checked and

trail run was taken at 24:30 Hrs. But again the compressor not started. Then we taken re-trail at

05:25 & 06:20 Hrs.(19/5/2013)

At 08:30 Hrs Checked i/p voltage of Gox Compressor, voltage was normal. At 08:40 Hrs We

taken trail run Compressor running normal condition. The problem only for night time. So we

checked the all lighting load voltage inside N2O2 plant. Voltage was found normal. The same

time extarnel power supply which is going to Dspatch dep. We re-stared Gox compressor at

19:30 Hrs. but due to same electrical problem (Fault Line/ Delta) Compressor was not started.

Then we checked the i/p voltage, which was obseved as RN-333, YN-331, BN-90.We also

identified that at this same time when we starting the Gox Compresoor despatch load was inON condition. Then we tried to start Gox Compressor by switching OFF the line which is going to

despatch & checked the voltage of Gox compressor the voltage was found normal RN-YN-BN-

233V. At 20:00 Hrs we again started Gox compressor & Compressor was running smoothly.

Hence we conformed that the problem was in the line going to desptch depat.

At 11:30 Hrs. MCC room despatch load i/p voltage was checked RN-YN-BN-237. Body to Neutral

- 149V at the same time Despatch High Mass light ON condition. So we went there to Despatch

10:30 Hrs. new LB card replaced by old LB card and a trail run was taken it was running normaly. Yes ok

5-Jun-13 Starter (DOL) prepared for 2.8 KW Sump Motor by using 20 A 3 pole MCB 1 No.Emergency push button and Start push button, Contactor and OLR. contol wiring also

completed

6-Jun-13 45 KW Water circulating pump (B) Motor taken for Maintenance.

7-Jun-13 EVC Pump - B (5.5KW) taken for maintenance

8-Jun-13 Porta cabin 1 No. faulted tube light fitting rectification work have been carried out.

At : 10:00 hrs. GAN Compressor (200KW) shut down due to Mechanical maintenance work

have been carried out by Mechanical Dept. at the same time GAN Compressor Local panel side

terminal tightness checked (Power & Control wiring) and Cleaning work have been carried out.

At : 14:30 Hrs. Maintenance work completed. At: 14:45 Hrs. GAN Compressor started,and it is

running normally.

At : 16:45 Hrs. EVC pump (5.5 KW) A-B changed.

12-Jun-13 230V power supply has been given to flow transmitter (Loc. Near by Gan Compressor)

A.c No.7 was not working properly after tightness check, now working normal condition.

28-Jun-13 For Changing the MOP of MAC it was taken shut down from 10:00 to 17:30 Hrs. The MOPreplaced with new Motor for that supported Mechanical Dept.

18.5 KW Cooling tower fan taken for maintenance, terminal tightness checked and CRC applied

for rust same motor terminal checked at panel side.

In 110V Battery Charger taken under AMC. The work carried out by (DEKAM Engg.Pvt.Ltd)

Service Engg. During preventive maintenance we found that 250ma transformer was getting

fault. So it will be replaced by tomorrow (29/6/13_

7.5 KW Cooling tower fan taken for maintenance, terminal tightness checked and CRC applied

for rust same motor terminal checked at panel side.

29-Jun-133.7 KW AOP motor both side bearing 6206 ZZ changed. load on no load 4.00 Amps 3.88, 3.70&
