EISSA How do we make?

The electrical enclosures manufactured in EISSA comply with the construction

requirements, design and production that required by the norm IEC 61439-1 and NEMA

250 complying with the highest standards of quality; its production process follows safety

procedures, operation and functionality with modular designs oriented to the needs of

our customers.

EISSA has a system of continuous production (linear) to optimize the operating

times, in the mechanical area executing with high-tech machines as: PUNCHING CNC,

PRESS BRAKE CNC and WORK CENTER CNC. Allowing us to more quickly in the

manufacture and assembly of enclosures, these fit perfectly to the configuration,

availability of physical space and requirement from our customers. Our enclosures

provide facilities for identifying cables and components implemented by a labeling

system.

Our electrical enclosures follow a quality control procedure which goes through

stages of inspection during manufacturing and assembly, FAT testing and documentation

that ensure correct manufacturing process. SAT also perform tests depending on the

requirement of our customers.

Our production process ends with deliverables including electrical testing protocol,

as-built drawings, certified calibration of measuring instruments, letter of guarantee and

recommendations for the start up.

The final product of the electrical enclosures EISSA are highly reliable, from the

point of view of the safety of the operator or to any repair and maintenance tasks.

The distribution enclosure EISSA are used to

connection and protection of lighting circuits

electrical outlets for small loads, using our

thermomagnetic switch as main switches. We

recommend its use in industrial, commercial

and residential centers.

Our distribution enclosures are manufactured with 2 versions, with the brand ABB or Rittal that have IP54

and IP66 degree of protection; and our model EISSA made by the Peruvian technical standards which

have IP40 and IP54 degree of protection that are built for wall mounting.

The cabinet is manufactured with sheets of 2mm and mounting plate of 5.2mm. It goes through a process

of phosphating by immersion, electrostatic painting RAL 7035 or other colors on request.

It has safe cover live parts of the enclosure avoiding any inadvertent contact with energized parts.

Enclosures bars are designed for mounting switches 1, 2 or 3 poles. The connectors are coated with heat

shrinkable sleeve.

The recessed enclosure are designed to accommodate derivate thermomagnetic switches of RIEL DIN, they are ideal for centralizing distribution lines, derivate circuit and lighting, in residential, small industries installations and shopping centers of low-load.

They are manufactured for wall mounting. Its cabinet is made with galvanized sheets of 1.5mm and has pre-punched perforations to entry and exit of cable.

The top and covers are LAF sheets of 1.5mm. Go through a phosphatized process by immersion, electrostatic paint RAL 7035 or other colors on request.

It has safe cover live parts of the enclosure avoiding any inadvertent contact with energized parts.

CUBICLES COPPER BARS ADVANTAGE The access of cubicles and the compartments are frontal. The front doors are fixed and locked by the main switch by means of its external operation handle. In the side compartments they have terminals with frontal access. The removable cubicles may be formed by the starting circuits:

The feeding of the cubicles is done by means of removable claws

The main bars are located at the top of each column.

CHARACTERISTICS TECHNICAL STANDARDS

NEMA 3R cabinets are used in outdoor applications for wiring and junction boxes. This type of cabinet provides protection against rainfall, sleet, snow and external icing. Inside, they protect against dripping and splashing water. We recommend its use in the mining sector.

Enclosure and cover made with sheets LAF of 1.5mm / 2mm or other thicknesses according to requirements. Our Capacitor Banks are oriented to low voltage substations where it is required to compensate the Reactive Energy consumed by electric motors and other non-linear loads.

The compensation of reactive energy by means of capacitor banks is carried out in order not to pay reactive energy to the electric power concessionaire, to reduce voltage drops, to minimize power losses, and to increase the active power transmission capacity of the conductors.

Capacitor Banks can be either manual or automatic.

Our distribution enclosures are manufactured with 2 versions, with the brand ABB or Rittal that

have IP54 and IP66 degree of protection; and our model EISSA made by the Peruvian

technical standards which have IP40 and IP54 degree of protection that are built for wall

mounting. The structures and supports are completely modular, allowing to add new structures to the sides for future expansion. The side, back and floor covers are detachable. The front has a front door with vents, depending on the amount of heat that needs to be dissipated.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF SHEETS

COATING PROCESS

ASSEMBLY PROCESS WITH COPPER BARS

The type SM-Guillotine can work with

materials thickness from 0.5 mm to 6

mm, such as mild steel, stainless

steel and soft or annealed materials.

The BPM-1225x30 punching machine allows us to control the axes of the CNC: X, Y, Z, C1 + C2 and T. In addition to a working range, without having to move, of 2540 x 1270 mm. Can work with materials with a thickness from 0.5 mm to 5 mm.

The PM series of press brake allow us

a working length of 3050 mm, travel in

the X axis of 625 mm, neck depth of 400

mm, a maximum travel of 160 mm and

can work with materials from 0.8mm to

6mm.

We have a welding area in: GMAW,

SMAG, GTAW, etc. Allowing us to weld

metals such as stainless steel,

aluminum, carbon steel, etc. Producing

clean, aesthetic and high quality welds.

We have the process of Phosphatized,

where by an insoluble layer of phosphate

is formed on a substrate of Iron, Zinc or

aluminum, whose purpose is to protect

the substrate from corrosion or modify its

adhesion properties

The paint booth CL3 200/PL with

cyclone and recuperate of cartridges for

application of powder paint.

The cyclone allows us to separate the paint in good condition and remove the damaged particles

The HPB convection static oven is

designed to make the paint on

thermolabile materials have its

polymerized or curing process.

Being able to reach a temperature

of 300 ° C, it also allows the

recirculation of air and a

homogeneous drying counting for it

with 2 sensors of security and

process.

The measurement and conformity of thicknesses in the painting are made by means of the micrometer of mark: "ELCOMETER" being able to be used in conformity with national and international standards besides being constantly calibrated.

WIRING AND LABELING PROCESS

EISSA has a Work Center STEINHAUER which

features 3-axis CNC machining center, allowing us

to work integrally the outside of the electrical

cabinets providing us with precision drilling, milling

and engraving, still widely used in openwork for

panels, fans, display, push buttons, etc. In addition

to its high scalability it can perfectly adapt to special

needs since its high frequency makes possible the

machining.

We have equipment installations and trained

personnel for the assembly of electrical

cabinets.

Our extensive experience in the

development of Engineering and enclosures

gives us a unique competitive advantage in

the market.

We have special machines for the bending of

different pieces like: copper plates, angles, etc.

With thicknesses from 3mm up to 10mm.

12. ELECTRIC WIRING 13. LABELING 14. FINAL INSPECTION

The stage of the wiring is done according to the

electrical planes, checking the connections as a

entirety, at the end of the wiring, the respective

FAT tests are done, such as continuity, isolation,

energization, etc.

In the System of labeling and identification

we apply our experience to help you

correctly label of your work so that the

customer or user could correctly identify and

understand the elements present in the

electrical enclosure such as conductors,

terminals, electrical equipment, etc.

At the end of the electrical and mechanical works on

the cabinet, the final inspection is made by our

specialist engineers, ensuring their correct operation

and meeting the requirements of the client.
